Kirsten Smith, joined the EFA team in December 2017 and is part of our Paraplanning team, as well as having over 12 years of experience in client administration within the financial planning industry. To extend her knowledge, Kirsten has completed her Diploma in Financial Services and has recently commenced her studies in the Graduate Diploma in Financial Services with a goal to become an Associate Adviser.
Kirsten is also now assisting clients in Claims Support and Centrelink reporting and is enjoying the role working more directly with clients. She ensures that all our clients receive a truly high level of customer service.

I have enjoyed working closely with our advisers and clients on an ongoing basis to assist in implementing strategies to fulfil financial and lifestyle goals. After years of client service work, I am enjoying the new challenge in paraplanning, claims and Centrelink and I am enjoying expanding my knowledge.
In my spare time I love going to the beach, travelling, exercising, and spending time with my family and friends.
